In Badaun, an illegal medical store operating without a license was raided by a team led by Drug Inspector Lavkush Kumar. The raid, conducted at Aryan Medical in Sarh Baghauli village, resulted in the seizure of medicines worth over Rs 1 lakh. The drugs were confiscated after it was discovered that the store was operating without the required license, and the owner was also treating patients illegally. The raid was initiated following a complaint filed on the CM portal, which raised concerns about the unlicensed sale of medicines at the store. Upon investigation, authorities found a large quantity of drugs being sold without proper authorization. When the store owner was asked to present a license, he was unable to produce one. The case will now proceed to court, where the seized drugs will be presented as evidence. Legal action will be taken against the store owner for violating the law and operating without a license.
