What causes obesity?

Junk food consumption — Foods that are high in fat, and with more sugar content like cakes, sausages, biscuits, soft drinks, excess cheese, etc. should be avoided. One of the causes of obesity disease is high-insulin levels due to eating sugary foods.
Genetics and Hereditary — Obese children are overweight due to their obese parents. Lean people carry average weight due to genetic factors they inherit from their parents.
High-calorie food intake is also one of the causes of obesity disease.
