We would like to inform you about the recent update to the GST (Goods and Services Tax) rates for medicines, effective from 22nd September 2025. Please ensure that all future transactions reflect the updated rates to stay compliant.

Why This Update?

The GST Council has revised the tax rates for various categories of medicines. As part of this update, certain medicines will now have a new GST rate, which will impact the pricing, invoicing, and accounting processes.

What You Need to Do

1. Update Your Records: Please update your records and ensure that the correct GST rate is applied to all medicines starting from 22nd September 2025.
   
   
   

2. Review Your Invoices: Make sure that your invoices reflect the new GST rates. This change is mandatory for all new sales transactions.
   
   

How to Access the Updated GST List:

Beside is the button containing the revised GST list of medicines. Please download it to check which products have been affected by the rate changes.

Important Notes:

• Legacy Invoices: If you have already generated invoices with the old GST rate before the update, these invoices will not be editable post-22 September 2025. Please make sure all pending transactions are processed before the effective date.
